KURUBELL" is a communication tool that allows customers to call staff and send messages by reading 2D codes.
When a customer visits a store and scans the 2D code attached to the sales floor with his/her smartphone, a pre-defined message is displayed.
The customer selects one of the messages and sends it. The message is then displayed on the store staff's smartphone.
The staff member who receives the call can check the content and send a pre-set reply message back to the customer.
This greatly reduces the stress on both the customer and the staff member.
