The Cat Festival at Yushima Executive Committee (Location: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Kumi Ebihara) will hold the "19th Cat Festival at Yushima" from September 18 (Wed.) to October 14 (Mon.), 2024. 18 stores, including shelter cat cafes, cake shops, general merchandise stores, and shrines in the Yushima area of Bunkyo-ku, a town with a downtown atmosphere where cats look good, will participate. The festival has been held twice a year, in February and September, starting in 2015, and this year's 19th edition will have a record number of 18 stores participating.
In addition to the stores, there are various other events such as the distribution of limited edition "cat" red seals at the shrine, "Neko Matsuri Fes," an exhibition and sale event with the participation of about 70 cat goods creators, "Sub Fes" by the Neko Matsuri character cat Sub-chan, and the "Neko Matsuri Shrine" specially set up for the event.
In addition, under the theme of "Happiness for Both People and Cats" throughout the event, there will be fund-raising activities for shelter cats at each store and venue.

Cat Festival Shrine
A "Neko Matsuri Shrine" will appear next to the crown seal sundries store!
Enjoy red seals, omikuji, ema (votive picture tablet), and special red seals stamped by the shrine's priest Sabu-chan.

Neko Matsuri Fes Vol.10
A popular annual exhibition and sale event where creators of various cat goods gather in large numbers. There will also be a stage event by "NEKOJO," an official supporter of the Neko Matsuri, and a talk show by veterinarians.

Time ：11:00-16:00
Place ：Tokyo Garden Palace 2F Takachiho (1-7-5 Yushima, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo)
Admission: 500-800 yen (free for elementary school students and younger)

Cat Festival Limited Edition Red Seal
The Neko Matsuri limited edition red seal of Nyamatotakeru will be distributed at Tsumagoi Shrine every year.
Schedule ：Every Saturday during the festival period (9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/12)

Place ：Tsumagoi Shrine
Initial fee : Normal 500 yen / Spread 1,000 yen (only for writing)
*Conditions: Limited to those who have collected at least one Cat Festival stamp rally.

Stamps will be stamped when you visit or make a purchase at each participating store. If you collect the specified number of stamps, you will receive "Nivosy," the Neko Matsuri currency that can be used at participating stores, or an original souvenir of the event.
