Protein has been used mainly by athletes,bodybuilders, and muscle trainers before the spread of the new coronavirusinfection. In the coronavirus pandemic its use is expanding to light users aswell, matching the body makeup needs of those who want to address lack of exerciseand young women who want to lose weight. Furthermore, for the purpose ofpreventing frailty, protein is also spreading to seniors for protein intake,making it one of the most widely used health food categories.

Protein food forms include bar-type and jelly-typeprotein, but "powdered" protein is often used because it allows theamount of protein intake to be adjusted. However, powdered protein has theproblem of being difficult to dissolve, and there are methods such as using a"shaker" or devising the order in which to add the powder and milk orwater, but these methods have the disadvantage of being time-consuming.

TOYO SHINYAKU has been working to solve this"hard-to-dissolve" issue by using its knowledge of formulationtechnology that it has developed over many years of granulating naturalproducts such as young barley leaf powder as powdered green juice products. Asa result, our proprietary "Easy Powder(TM)" has enabled us to developpowdered protein products that dissolve without the use of a "shaker”.
