Background of Establishment

With the mission of "Making 'WakuWaku' Work for Everyone," we have been providing human resource services in the welfare and engineering businesses.

In recent years, due to the declining birthrate and aging population as well as changes in the working environment, the welfare sector is facing a serious shortage of human resources to meet the increasing demand, while in the engineering sector, it is difficult to secure highly specialized human resources in line with technological developments.

In order to solve these issues, we opened a branch in Nepal in 2021 and have been strengthening our efforts to secure human resources by utilizing our domestic and international networks.

Through the Nepal Branch, we are actively recruiting highly skilled personnel with diverse backgrounds that transcend language and cultural barriers and are ready to meet the needs of our clients.

With the opening of the Sapporo Branch, we will further strengthen our system by expanding our business, which has been based in Tokyo, to the whole of Japan.
