DURABIO(Durable+Biopolymer) is a bioengineering plastic made from renewable raw materials (plants). Tefabloc(TM) TPS is an elastomer with excellent rubber properties using styrene rubber (SBC) as the base polymer. It has excellent abrasion resistance, heat resistance, and oil resistance.

XANTAR(TM) Polycarbonate Resin is preparing RCF+PC materials by recycling carbon fibers from recovered carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) and compounding them with polycarbonate resin as an approach to the circular economy.

The use of such recycled carbon fibers makes it possible to reduce carbon dioxide emissions during manufacturing.

This material is made of PBT, which has excellent electrical insulation properties, and Mitsubishi Chemical's technology has given it excellent powder moldability equivalent to that of PA12 powder. Compatibility with powder 3D printers of various open materials has been confirmed. CF and GF reinforced grades are also available.
