The Japan Inheritance Research Institute (Location: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Emiko Honma) will hold a seminar on "Measures Children Should Consider to Have Their Parents Take Inheritance Measures: What is the Wisdom of Our Ancestors Who Cared for Their Parents and Arrived at Inheritance Measures? ~The seminar will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at Shinagawa Ward General Kumin Kaikan (Kyurian).
At the "Inheritance Planning Seminar for Children While Their Parents Are Still Healthy," which we have been holding for many years, many participants have asked us for advice on how to talk to their parents about inheritance, what to say to their parents to get them to take measures for inheritance, and how to get their parents to take measures for inheritance. I have been asked countless times for advice on how to get my parents to work on an inheritance plan.
The reality is that if parents do not take any measures, they may leave behind "serious future problems", "roots of great disaster", and "negative legacy" that are unbearable for their children and grandchildren.
The lecturer has seen in his many years of experience "what happens as a result of children urging their parents to take inheritance measures" in many families, and in particular, he has noticed that there are similar patterns and conditions in the most successful cases. We have decided to compile the knowledge we have gained from analyzing these numerous cases and present in this seminar "measures and know-how that you should refer to in order to have your parents work on inheritance planning.
However, this seminar is not intended to selfishly induce parents to take inheritance measures, but rather to sincerely consider the retirement of their precious parents.
In particular, the seminar includes specific cases in which parents will regret if they do not take measures in the future, including terminal care, end-of-life care at home, and death with dignity, which were not covered in the "Inheritance measures that children should consider while their parents are healthy" seminar due to time constraints. We also recommend that you bring your family members to this seminar.
