The star of this special curry is fresh and full of flavor lobster.

Porcini are lavishly used and prepared in a French "Thermidor" to give it a deep flavor. The rich bisque sauce taken from lobster and sweet shrimp is layered with a rich base of European-style curry, enhanced with bisque butter and granapadano cheese, providing an exquisite curry experience with the aroma of thyme and dill.
