株式会社チェプロ
CHEPRO Corporation (headquartered in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Reiji Fukuda, President; hereinafter "Chepro") has developed "Accounting WAO," an accounting ERP specialized for construction industry accounting, as a subsystem of its integrated ERP "Construction WAO" and will start sales from March 2025.
The construction industry has a long construction period from the start of construction to the delivery of the building, and a special accounting standard, "construction industry accounting," has been established that differs from other industries. Construction accounting requires advanced and skilled business skills because of its unique rules and accounts that are not used in general accounting.
Construction WAO provides each subsystem to support a series of construction operations such as sales management, estimating, cost management, construction management, and expense reimbursement. The current accounting subsystems include "Voucher WAO" for account voucher entry and "Receivables and Payables Management WAO" for managing payables such as transfers and checks.
The "Budget Planning WAO" supports budget planning, and the "Multi-trace WAO" enables tracing of journal entries.
Construction WAO integrates the data and ledgers generated in each operation into a database and centrally manages project information, and Accounting WAO can significantly improve productivity in a series of accounting operations from journalizing to closing.
Accounting WAO
Accounting WAO is fully compatible with construction industry accounting, which is unique to the construction industry. Accounting ERP function for general accounting processing is also implemented.
The system consists of four subsystems: Voucher WAO, Credit and Debt Management WAO, Budget Planning WAO, and Multi-trace WAO, which are linked to each other to enable processing of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements. Simulation of each fiscal period is also possible by changing input conditions.
Management accounting for various segments is realized.
Output of forms and data for submission to various government agencies required for accounting audits.
