Applied Nanotek Expands into Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern Markets with Innovative 3D Printing Construction Technology

Bringing New Possibilities to the Construction Industry: From Sustainable Public Facilities to Large-scale Housing Developments

Applied Nanotek Japan, Inc.

Applied Nanotek announces the full-scale  launch of its operations in Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern markets,  leveraging its innovative 3D printing construction technology. This project,  which incorporates environmentally conscious design while utilizing local  materials and human resources, represents a significant advancement in  sustainable construction technology.

Borneo Island: Public  Facilities Project

We are currently  advancing construction of a public facilities complex featuring a prayer room  accommodating 50 people, along with a courtyard and public restrooms. The  project showcases organic design with distinctive curved elements and  incorporates sustainable features including solar power generation and  rainwater recycling systems. Beyond environmental considerations in its design,  the facility will be capable of meeting 100% of its power needs through  renewable energy.

This project not only  demonstrates the adaptability and efficiency of 3D printing technology in  construction but also contributes to local economic vitalization through the  utilization of local materials and workforce. The public restroom facility,  measuring 2.5 meters in height and covering 88 square meters, is scheduled for  completion in December 2024 after approximately one month of printing work. The  prayer room and courtyard will follow, with wall printing scheduled for  completion in January 2025.

Batam Island, Indonesia: Affordable  Housing Development Project

Applied Nanotek is set to launch a  large-scale affordable housing development project in December 2024,  encompassing 478 residential units across an 8-hectare site in Batam Island,  Indonesia. Two pilot houses are currently under construction as part of the  project's initial phase, with the entire development scheduled for completion  in 2027.

The decisive factor in adopting our 3D  printing technology was its ability to deliver high-performance reinforced  concrete (RC) homes at costs comparable to traditional block construction  methods, while significantly reducing construction time to less than one-fifth  of conventional building approaches.
