Seraph Enomoto performs large-scale repair work on condominiums, Aims to Reduce Costs and Workload with "Wall Leakage Survey Robot

Seraph Enomoto Co. (Location: Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture; President: Osamu Enomoto), a company that specializes in large-scale repair work on condominium buildings, has developed a "wall leak survey robot" (hereinafter "the robot") that travels along the wall surface and sprays high-pressure water at the target, eliminating the need for temporary scaffolding during leak surveys. The robot will significantly reduce the cost, time, and amount of work required for wall leakage surveys.

What is a wall leak survey robot?

This robot can access the investigation point without temporary scaffolding by traveling along the wall surface, and inspects the leakage point by spraying high-pressure water at the target. The robot can survey in as little as one day, whereas conventional survey methods require two to three weeks from the installation of temporary scaffolding to the survey and removal of the scaffolding. The wall traveling function also makes it possible to survey a wide area in a shorter period of time than with temporary scaffolding, which limits the scope of the survey.

The robot travels along the wall surface and is suspended from the rooftop, eliminating the risk of falling.
