In recent years, with the acceleration of SDGs and ESG initiatives, "sustainability management" has been attracting attention. Many companies have clarified their "sustainability management" policies and disclosed them to stakeholders in the form of "sustainability reports" and "integrated reports.
Companies that have taken the lead in this area are now at the stage of moving from knowledge education of sustainability management policies to internal penetration and "making it personal. However, human resource education is an eternal theme, and we hear many questions such as, "How should we tackle this issue in concrete terms? Against this backdrop, we are launching "Outside In," a game and business simulation, "Earthshot," and "Great Reset," three training contents developed in-house.
We aim to maximize business performance by strengthening the management base through the promotion of the company's raison d'etre, philosophy, mission and vision, as well as the personalization of new business development logic starting from the solution of social issues in "Sustainability Management". This one-of-a-kind training content will be authorized by "Agile Brain Holon Thinking" and will be available from December 13, 2024.
Outside-In 3 Series Training Content
1. "Outside-in" Business Game / New Business Creation for Solving Social Issues
This business game, based on SDGs x management, simulates the creation of new businesses using 49 actual cases. Participants will experience the creation of new businesses by combining assets (company's strengths, properties, assets, etc.) and solutions (methods and means to solve problems), and maximize business performance through promotion (public relations activities) by reading and understanding social issues. The outside-in approach (method) described in the UN's official guide "SDG Compass" will be taught through a simulated experience of maximizing business performance through promotion (PR activities).
*<Contents for Reflection>: A "Basic Course" based on "Earth for All" is available, and participants of the training course can use it not only in workshops but also in lectures and seminars.
2. "Earth Shot" Simulation / New Business Response to Climate Change Measures
The "Earthshot" simulation, which aims to maximize the results of efforts to combat climate change, begins with the participants (trainees) being transported back in time from the year 2070 to the year 1991. The effects of global warming will not only cause abnormal weather and sea level rise, but also economic impact on agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and financial industry, disasters, refugees, security issues, health hazards, etc., and will force us (i.e., myself) to make decisions at that time and in that era. My ignorant self learns how to live from 1991 to 2030. You can also study on your own 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with the "Measures of Environmental Value" contents, which you can work on over and over again and steadily see results as you go through the course.
The "Application" based on "Earth for All" is available, and can be tailored to meet the needs of each company.

3. "Great Reset" Simulation/Strengthening Sustainable Management Infrastructure
Management executives, project leaders, and department heads will engage in the "Great Reset" management simulation based on the keyword "management experience acquired through 100 attempts. The duration of the program, including group training days, is in one-month units. Participants will engage in corporate activities in a virtual world similar to our own, while dealing with daily intensifying market competition.
The theme of the simulation, "The Great Reset," is also the theme of the 2020 Davos Forum. New decisions will be required to move from conventional management to ESG/SDGs and management values as a viable framework for sustainability strategies.
This is a simulation to learn decision making as "a manager" who is "cutting off management" that cannot go back to past concepts and old values. The contents also include "strengthening the management base" to learn the pursuit of economic value with the aim of becoming a great manager, and it is possible to study by oneself 24 hours a day.

4. special note:
Training course and graduates will study and learn from each other in the "Outside-in Practice Group/Study Group" about cutting-edge values based on the "Earth for All" concept. In addition, participants will study the basic knowledge acquired in the training course, experiential leadership skills using the virtual environment of games and simulations, and agile brain holon thinking methods to sublimate them to "know→understand→do," which will lead to the next action through workshops.
