(There is no charge for using the service or for registering information from organizers, and automatic registration is also possible.)

What is Eventia?

Eventia is a service that "comprehensively" aggregates information on all kinds of events, regardless of area or genre, and allows "intuitive" searches by map and category. It displays information on nearby events based on location information, and in addition to the duration of the event, it is possible to narrow down the search by festival, fireworks display, illumination, festival, children's event, and various other genres that are variable according to the season. It also provides summary pages for each facility or group, and a function to transmit event status in real time.

The web version of the service was launched in October, and now an app version is available. The application provides a number of advantages, such as fast operation speed, a clean map display, and push notifications of major events in the area of activity. The web version is easy to use and does not require any installation.

About the service provided

At present, the application provides an intuitive search system using a map and categories, but we plan to personalize it to narrow down the search to events that match the user's demographics and tastes, and to provide other practical functions such as reservations, tickets, links to other companies' ticket services, coupons, stamp rallies, etc. during this fiscal year.

By next spring, we plan to launch dedicated functions specifically for travelers and translated services for inbound travelers, which will be used and provided free of charge to lodging and tourist facilities.

In addition, Jorte will also provide a function to browse information on events in the community you are interested in or belong to, such as school event schedules, school lunch menus, garbage disposal schedules, and sports game schedules, instead of maps.

Jorte's "Data Collection Capabilities"

Jorte's wholly owned subsidiary, EventBank, already works with more than 25,000 organizations, including 1,300 municipalities and 640 tourist associations, and collects more than 40,000 data items annually. While highly accurate information is collected through human data collection and checking systems, AI and other technologies are also used to achieve comprehensive information collection. We expect to collect data on 4 million cases per year by the end of the next fiscal year.

We also plan to link with the "Jorte" calendar application, which has been downloaded 36 million times, and aim to expand nationwide and globally, with the number of application downloads reaching 10 million by the end of next fiscal year.
