About Masahiro Kasahara, Owner of Kikutatsu

Japanese cuisine chef, owner of the Japanese restaurant "Ban-In-Ryo-Ron", born in Tokyo in 1972.

Masahiro Kasahara took over his family's yakitori restaurant 30 years ago, and in 2004, he opened his own restaurant, "Ban-Yo Ryoron" in Ebisu, Tokyo. The Mimasaka University Chefs Association is a club (promoted to a club in 2024) established in 2021 by students of the Department of Food Science at Mimasaka University who hold a chef's license.
