BOTAN Corporation (Head office: Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido; CEO: Takeshi Shinohara), which operates three brands nationwide centered in Sapporo, Hokkaido: "Yamamoto's Hamburgers," "YANKEE DONUTS," and "No Miso, No War", will reopen "YANKEE DONUTS" on December 21 (Saturday), 2024. (HEP FIVE 7F, 5-15 Kakudacho, Kita-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka 530-0017) on Saturday, December 21, 2024.

The donuts have been redesigned from the traditional ring donuts to twisted donuts with a Yankee regent image and a chewy texture made with tapioca flour.

The coffee is Hokkaido's SATO COFFEE original blend "Kobushi" iced coffee. The milk used for the latte is produced in Hokkaido. To celebrate the renewal, half off drinks will be offered to those who register on line and purchase a doughnut!

The products, design, and other aspects of the shop have been totally produced by "hanninmae," which has also created the very popular and famous "Maruyama Melon," "Milk de Drake," and "Maruyama Bagel LOOP.

The cutting-edge artisans of Hokkaido have joined forces to bring the trend from Osaka through the brand to the rest of the country and SNS.

About Takeru Shinohara, CEO and Representative Director of BOTAN Co.

Born in Fukuoka Prefecture. He worked part-time for 4 years at Ippudo's predecessor restaurant when he was in college.

He has been involved in the ramen industry ever since, naturally embodying the "importance of continuity" he learned from his father and sublimating what he had accumulated.

In 2000, he joined Rikigen Holdings Co., Ltd. as a new graduate and within a month became the youngest restaurant manager and was put in charge of the Daimyo main restaurant. 2003, he moved to Hokkaido, a hot ramen battleground, and in 2006 moved to Tokyo to rebuild the Ginza branch. In 2006, he moved to Tokyo to rebuild the Ginza branch, and after working as general manager, he became independent under the name "Stay Dream Co.

He took over Ippudo Ginza branch as the first branch under the "Ippudo" brand, and subsequently expanded to Hokkaido and Tokyo one after another. 2021, he proposed to Ippudo, which had spread the culture of Hakata ramen by producing "Ippudo KAY".

In 2022, he established BOTAN Co., Ltd. with the aim of expanding into new restaurant business categories.

In 2022, BOTAN Inc. will be established with the aim of expanding into new types of food and beverage businesses, and will open up a new stage as a company that can express "free and straight".
