The owner of YAAM was born unable to eat meat. However, while on a working holiday in Berlin, Germany, he encountered falafel and was impressed by its deep flavor. After returning to Japan, she taught herself to mix spices and research vegan cooking, and created her own unique falafel. The result is an authentic and delicious dish that can be enjoyed by vegan novices without the use of any meat or animal ingredients.
