Outline of "Tottori Fair 2025

This year marks the fifth fair held jointly by Tottori Prefecture and the Liber Hotel, in order to promote Tottori Prefecture's specialties such as "Tottori Wagyu Beef" and "Tottori Kotoura Grand Salmon" to as many people as possible. Executive Chef Mototsugu Yoshimura has created an elaborate menu of seafood and agricultural products from the "Food Paradise Tottori Prefecture" that can only be enjoyed at the Liber Hotel, and is offering it at a special price to make it even more affordable.
