Announcement of the 2024 Social Farm Forum

The Social Farm Forum organized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government will be held at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo on January 27, 2025.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has been working to promote the creation of social firms and their activities based on the "Ordinance on Promotion of Measures to Support Employment of Tokyo Citizens and to Promote the Creation of Social Firms". The purpose of this event is to commend newly certified businesses, stimulate the motivation of companies to establish social firms, and improve the understanding of social firms among the citizens of Tokyo. What is Tokyo Metropolitan Government Certified Social Farm?

A social firm is a company that employs more than 20% of its employees who have difficulty finding work, such as people with disabilities, single parents, and people who have experienced withdrawal from the workforce, under its autonomous economic activities.
