We are pleased to announce that the project has reached 100% of its goal. The project will continue until 23:59 on February 28, 2025 (Fri.) with the next goal set at 200% and 100 supporters.

Can and KeY [Here is the key to making everyone's dreams and hopes come true!

This is a project to create from scratch a place like a warm second home, full of smiles, where everyone can come home anytime. What you cannot do alone, you can do together! We will realize the Butterfly Effect, where everyone can give shape to what they want to do!

We want everyone to experience something extraordinary that can only be done here!

Under the guidance of professional carpenters, we will create a place for everyone to live together while experiencing DIY of an old private house, making a kamado and a Goemon bath by hand.

This is a project to restore the true richness of old private homes that have been buried under the conveniences of everyday life through experiences that are not usually possible, such as forestation in co-existence and farming with upland rice!

*Attraction of Hakuyoman District, Iga City, Mie Prefecture

A family of four generations moved to the Hakuyoman area. We want to help create a community where the local people can live in peace while preserving the nature of this area! This project is also a way to solve the problems facing the Hakuyou district, such as a declining population due to the aging of the population and falling birthrate, the decline of agriculture and forestry, and the crisis of the continuation of traditions and culture, by creating opportunities for people from outside the district to gather and experience the charm of the Hakuyou district!

We do not want to simply rehabilitate an old private house, but to build a community where local residents, immigrants, and visitors can create new values and connections, and to nurture a place where people can enrich themselves physically and mentally with nature, together with you all.

Minka, which have been lived in for a long time, are history itself. I believe that the revitalization of old private homes filled with important Japanese culture and traditions is the very hope that will bring a new future to the community. Your support will give us the power to transform this old house into a place for everyone!
