The "Smart EV Specified Moped Model" is an electric motorcycle that meets the new vehicle classification of "Specified Small Motorized Bicycle (Specified Small Moped)," which was established on July 1, 2023 with the revision of the Road Traffic Law.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has examined the product and confirmed that it complies with the safety standards, and a sticker with confirmed performance is affixed to the vehicle.
