Background of Development

In the manufacturing process of Kariyushi wear, scraps and remnants of fabric are generated when cutting the fabric. It is difficult to reuse them due to print stains, scratches, or insufficient length of fabric, and polyester material used for blouses and dresses, in particular, is often discarded.

MAJUN OKINAWA" products are all original designs planned by the company, and the designer's desire that "it would be a waste to throw them away" led to the development of products using scrap materials. The idea was born from the designer's desire that "it would be a waste to throw them away."
