■Background

*Lien Lien is a confectionery shop currently in its fourth year of delivering baked goods, breads, and cakes to many people in Ekoda, Nerima-ku, Tokyo.

This time, we would like to spread the "Bouquet Butter Sable," which is made from lien lian's baked sweets and plenty of edible flowers and herbs produced in Takahagi, Ibaraki Prefecture, throughout Japan. The "edible bouquet" is very popular in our current stores.

We were looking for a way to deliver our sweets to more distant areas and to more places, while maintaining our close ties to the local community.

From here, we decided to take on the challenge of bringing happiness to Nerima and many people with our sweets and spreading our "Bouquet Butter Sablé" throughout the country.

As a chef patissier at a wedding hall, I have decorated many special moments with flowers and cakes, and this experience is the starting point of my current pastry making.

What lien lien brings to you are sweets that will make you feel more familiar with such "specialness".

With their beautiful appearance, aroma, and happy flavor that spreads with each bite, they bring a special moment and color to your daily life.

We aim to create confections that will make the hearts of those who pick them up jump with excitement and bring smiles to the faces of both the giver and the receiver.

*The "Bouquet of Butter Sablé" is a nationwide product that utilizes edible flowers grown in Takahagi, which have the beauty of nature itself.

We want to deliver feelings through confectionery, just like giving a bouquet of flowers. With this in mind, I would like to deliver this sable to people all over Japan. As I had been searching for the ideal flower, my encounter with edible flowers in Ibaraki Prefecture was very special. The starting point of this project is to share that excitement with many people in the form of sablé.
