LIBER Hotel Osaka (located in Konohana-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture) will offer a dinner course at Cafe & Bar LIBER on the first floor until May 31, 2025 (Saturday), featuring charcoal-grilled Tottori Wagyu beef steak and seasonal ingredients that bring out the spring.
Tottori Wagyu, the main ingredient, is raised in Tottori Prefecture, the birthplace of the brand-name Wagyu culture. It contains high oleic acid, an unsaturated fatty acid, and even though it has a lot of fat, its fat is mild and sweet, and its lean meat is rich in flavor. The fat is easy to melt in the mouth and has a light and refreshing aftertaste. Please enjoy the harmony of seasonal spring ingredients to your heart's content.

The "French Japonais" dinner course, which is based on French cuisine but uses familiar Japanese ingredients to create a colorful and visually appealing dish, has been limited to two types starting this spring: the "LIBER" course, which uses Tottori Wagyu beef and bears the hotel name, and the "Saison" course, which allows diners to enjoy seasonal flavors in a casual setting. The "Saison" course is a simple way to enjoy seasonal delicacies.
The hors d'oeuvre course, which begins with an amuse of savory sakura shrimps, is lined with three different appetizers, including marinated mackerel served with bamboo shoot mousse and sprout-scented sauce, and cherry-colored macaroon with foie gras mousse and pistachio texture, all rich in spring ingredients. The main course, char-grilled steak, has a melt-in-your-mouth texture with fat that overflows as you bite into it. For dessert, cherry blossom mousse and green tea gelato are served with tuiles in the shape of cherry blossom petals to complete the spring look.
