Spring Sake Brewery Festival is "Sake x Sweets! Hara Sake Brewery's new sensory event Koshinohomare Spring Sake Brewery Drinking 2025" will be held for the first time on Saturday, April 12.

Hara Sake Brewery Co. (Location: 5-12 Shinbashi, Kashiwazaki City, Niigata Prefecture; President: Yoshitaka Hara), which brews the Japanese sake Koshinohomare, will hold its first sake brewery festival "Koshinohomare Spring Drinking 2025" on April 12, 2025 (Saturday) at the premises of its direct sales store "Shusaikan", where you can enjoy "new sensation" sake all-you-can-drink collaboration sweets, craft beer with sake lees and more. The festival will be held for the first time on the premises of the company's direct sales store, Shusaikan.

Background of the event

Hara Sake Brewery holds a sake brewery event called the "New Sake Festival" every October, which attracts many people from the local community. As a long-established brewery with over 200 years of history, we have also placed importance on passing on the culture of sake and sake breweries to a wide range of generations as we carry out corporate activities rooted in the community.

This year, in addition to the "New Sake Festival," we have planned a new "SAKE x SWEETS" event during the fine spring season, which can be enjoyed by everyone from sake lovers to families and children. We have prepared a number of plans that will allow visitors to enjoy the unique charm of the sake brewery with all five senses.

Main feature (1)] All-you-can-drink "Koshinohomare" Japanese sake (2 hours / 2,000 yen including tax)

All-you-can-drink 3 kinds of standard "Koshinohomare" sake for 2,000 yen per 2 hours. This is a luxurious time to enjoy sake while chatting with the toji (master brewer) and brewers at the sake brewery in spring.

In addition, one glass each of the popular seasonal limited edition sake "90PINK," "Qn-Nama," "Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake Kuranohomare" and the highest quality sake "Junmai Daiginjo Mature Secret Old Sake Morohaku" will also be served.

The "Koshinohomare" is a very satisfying sake that allows you to fully enjoy the charm of Koshinohomare.

The highlight of the event (2): Limited to 100 sets! Collaboration sweets cafe

Special sweets that can only be tasted here are made in collaboration with the long-established confectionary store "Ayakomai Honpo Takahashi. You can enjoy a set of 9 types of Japanese and Western sweets using Japanese sake "Koshinohomare" or "Gin no Tsubasa" and a choice of drink.

The sweets have already been heat-treated, so even children can enjoy them without worry.

With the full cooperation of the craft brewery "jokun brewing Lab", special craft beer made with "Koshinohomare" sake lees will be on sale. The craft brewery "jokun brewing Lab" will be selling a special craft beer made with "Koshinohomare" sake lees.

Main Event (4): Kitchen Car Gathering

Kitchen cars boasting of their taste will gather at the venue.

The kitchen cars will be selling snacks that go well with alcoholic beverages, as well as light meals for the whole family to enjoy.
