From now on, we would like to focus on experience-based tax returns in order to make people more aware of the charms of Kashima City. A New Aged Gin Combining Tradition and Innovation

Based on sake (daiginjo) brewed using traditional techniques inherited from the sake brewery in 1688, this gin is blended with carefully selected botanicals from Saga Prefecture (juniper barberry, orange peel, lemon peel) and aged for three years in American white oak barrels. Through the three years of aging, we will work with the cask owners to create a new gin with unprecedented value.

*Once your donation is confirmed, the gin will be casked within two months. The storage period is until it reaches 4 years after 3 years from cask filling.
