In the past five years, various unforeseen events have combined to cause skyrocketing prices around the world. Pizza St. Tropez was no exception. Due to soaring costs and logistical problems, we were forced to raise the prices of some items on our menu. However, as a company that conveys the enjoyment of food through pizza, we wondered if we should continue to do so. We stopped for a moment and reexamined our menu and the prices that were appropriate for our customers.
