The annex "Ryokufukan" of the Seaside Hotel Maiko Villa Kobe, operated by Saphir Resort K.K. (Headquarters: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture; General Manager: Koji Yoshino), will be reopened as the SPA Tower in May 2025. In conjunction with this, hotel reservations for the renewed SPA Tower will be available from February 1, 2025.

The new "SPA Tower" will feature completely renovated guest rooms, a new open-air bath in the large public bath, a fitness gym with the latest equipment, and a full-fledged golf simulator!
