The Nagoya Institute of Industrial Science and Technology Chubu TLO, Ota City, and the Carbon Recycle Fund, a general incorporated association, will hold "Creating the Future through Carbon Recycling! Cross-sectoral Exchange for Open Innovation 2025" will be held.

The event will feature invited lectures by industry leaders, innovative university-originated research seeds, introduction of new technologies and products by start-up companies, and a variety of exhibitors including research grants, funds, local governments, and open innovation support organizations. As of April 21, a total of about 40 exhibiting projects have been confirmed, and we look forward to seeing you there.
We will begin accepting applications from April 22, 2025 (Tuesday) for those who are interested in finding research and business ideas, gathering information and consultation on funding, and networking with people from different industries. The application period will be open until Tuesday, May 13, 2025, and will close when the maximum number of participants is reached.)

Chubu TLO is a wide-area TLO, which promotes not only technology transfer through patents, but also technology fostering and research activity support for future industry creation, especially for research results produced by universities and research institutes in the Chubu and Tokai regions.
Ota Ward:
Located in the southernmost part of Tokyo's 23 wards, Ota Ward is home to Haneda Airport, the largest airport in Japan. Known as a city of "monozukuri" (manufacturing), Ota Ward is home to many small and medium-sized companies and boasts high technological capabilities in fields such as precision machinery and metal processing. In the environmental and GX fields, the municipality is taking on a variety of challenges, including the establishment of a system to collect and recycle SAF materials and the promotion of bottle-to-bottle initiatives, utilizing a public-private partnership scheme.
