The theme of this year's seminar is "Wall Decoration Creation.

For those who have already mastered the basics of balloon art, the current top artists will explain and demonstrate practical techniques and ideas for weaving and other techniques that can be applied to weddings, events, store decorations, and SNS-worthy creations. Participants will also have the opportunity to create their own works of art through group work.

Special Lecturer: BalloonArt Nod Shizuka Nagaoka

Shizuka Nagaoka is a balloon artist active in Japan and abroad.

She started balloon art on her own when she was in junior high school and became independent as "BalloonArt Nod" in 2013.

Since then, she has received high acclaim for her creative works such as balloon dresses and non-inflatable balloon accessories, and has won numerous awards at domestic and international competitions. Based in Iwaki City, she is active in a wide range of fields including space decoration, gift production, and event production.
