The "KAPRi Plus" series is a simple LAN tester with a function to detect contact defects in continuous measurement mode. A typical simple LAN tester tests with one-shot energization, so even if the contact is unstable, it is judged as good if the contact happens to be in a good condition. Then, there are cases where LAN cables that may have poor contact are wired, and somehow they are not in good condition. KAPRi Plus" can confirm that no contact failure occurs by changing the posture of the LAN cable or applying a load within the specified value in the continuous measurement mode.

It is also an excellent tester equipped with split pair detection, tester self-diagnosis, and an automatic power-off function. Periodic self-tests of the tester can be used to diagnose that the tester is functioning well and to confirm that reliability is maintained. In addition, the M12 expansion kit can test not only RJ45 but also M12 D-code and X-code. As an option, up to nine test boxes can be attached to the cable terminations, allowing testing of nine cables in a single run.
