Infinis BJJ" class details
The basic class of Infinis BJJ is the basic class. The basic class on weekdays is 60 minutes long and consists of three classes, A, B, and C. In each class, three basic Jiu-Jitsu techniques are practiced. In Basic Class A, B, and C, students practice different techniques. If you take the three basic classes A, B, and C on weekdays in one week, you will practice a total of nine techniques. The order in which students take the classes is not necessarily the order in which they will take them, since the difference between A, B, and C is the difference in techniques and not the difference in difficulty level. In the Saturday and Sunday basic classes, students will practice 4 to 5 techniques that are particularly important for that week. Each Saturday and Sunday basic class is 80 minutes long, which makes it easier to learn more techniques. It is difficult to learn all the techniques in one class, but it is possible to learn more techniques in two or three classes. Once you have mastered the 117 basic kata, you will be able to learn not only your favorite styles, but also new techniques from new genres. Once you have mastered the 117 basic kata, you will be able to learn not only your own style, but also new genres of techniques. The basic kata also make it easier to learn more advanced and difficult techniques.
