T-SQUARE is a Japanese instrumental band.

The band performed under the name THE SQUARE until 1988. Commonly known as SQUARE.

Although generally recognized as a jazz fusion style and treated as such by the media, they refer to themselves as a "pop instrumental band. Their music is characterized by saxophone and wind synths in the foreground.

In October 2023, it was announced that the new T-SQUARE would resume its activities with new members who met at an audition for new members held during the 45th anniversary concert of the band's debut.

In addition to Takeshi Ito (Sax, NuRAD) and Kei Bando (drums), bassist Shingo Tanaka, who had supported the band for many years, officially joined the band. The newcomers are Yuichi Hasegawa on keyboards, who is studying computers at Nagoya University's Faculty of Informatics, and Shuya Kameyama on guitar, who is currently enrolled in the Department of Mechanical Systems Engineering at Doshisha University's Faculty of Science and Engineering.
