BHD. (Head office: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; President: Tadayuki Kabata), an overseas group company of Nippon Travel Agency, Inc.
Overview of the collaboration
Using HAZARD Buster's strength and multiple functions that can be used from anywhere in the world (including legal use within China), the "110 Business Trip" service can now be offered at an affordable price to meet the needs of those who want to use crisis management services for overseas business travelers only for the period of time required.
What HAZARD Buster x Business Trip 110 can do
Business Trip 110 does not require a full-year contract or initial fees, and can be implemented in one-month units (maximum 3 months) starting from one business traveler, and provides generous support during the travel period.
Users can connect directly to TASKAL's 24/7 call center through calls and chats using the SOS button in HAZARD Buster and receive support in Japanese (Internet access is required for use).
Users of the 110 Business Travel Service can receive consultation, medical support, and, if necessary, rush service by a local partner (at an additional cost). In addition, upon request from the person in charge on the Japanese side, the service will issue a safety confirmation with location information linked to GPS on behalf of the user.
If there is communication with the business traveler, the information is promptly shared with the person in charge in Japan, thereby reducing the workload of the person in charge.
In addition, as support for business travelers in danger zones*, country-specific reports on the destination are distributed in advance, and safety information on the place of stay is monitored 24 hours a day and distributed via chat in a push-type manner.
*Countries and regions with a risk level of 2 or higher as defined by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
About HAZARD Buster
HAZARD Buster is a service that condenses multiple functions into a single application (cloud) that can be used in emergencies, and is available worldwide, including China, with a PC (web browser) and smartphone (tablet) connected to the Internet. SOS calls and location information from smartphones can be centralized on the PC side (administrator), enabling appropriate instructions to be given and prompt response to be made.

Business trips to countries and regions with risk level 0-1 as defined by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: 4,000 yen/month (per person)
Business trip to countries/regions with risk level 2 or higher as defined by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: 16,000 yen/month (per person)
Discounts are available for contracts with call centers and other services provided separately by TASKAL.
