KOEI science laboratory Co., Ltd. (Head  office: Wako, Saitama; President: Yoko Onodera), a company engaged in research,  manufacturing, and sales of lactobacillus fermentation extracts under the theme  "Toward a Healthy Intestinal Flora," will host the third edition of  the citizen-participation event "Wako Fermentation & Health Table  Tennis Festa 2025" on Saturday, June 14, 2025, as part of its community  engagement efforts.

This event features Sho Sone and Hiromu  Arinobu from the professional table tennis team T.T Saitama, along with special  guest Yumi Kajihara, a world-class cyclist and silver medalist at the Tokyo  2021 Olympics, also competing in the 2024 Paris Olympics. The program is open  to all generations and designed for everyone to enjoy sports. Participation is  free and applications are being accepted from up to 100 attendees (selected by  lottery).

About T.T Saitama

T.T Saitama is a professional men’s table  tennis team based in Saitama Prefecture, and winners of the 2024–2025 Nojima  T.League season. Sho Sone and Hiromu Arinobu will appear at this year’s Festa  to showcase their skills and offer hands-on guidance. First-timers are  welcome—rackets will be available for rent. Come enjoy table tennis with us!

About Yumi Kajihara

A professional cyclist from Wako City,  Saitama Prefecture, and supported by KOEI science laboratory Co., Ltd. since  2020. At the event, Kajiwara will give an accessible talk on effective body  movement and mental preparation—valuable for everyone, whether you’re an  athlete, casual cyclist, or beginner. A rare opportunity to learn directly from  a world-class athlete.
