After the disappearance of your friend, you (the main character) are sent to a hospital ward where an "old nurse" is rumored to wander around at night. However, the ward has turned into an "otherworldly" space.

You must run, hide, and get to the bottom of the situation in order to avoid being caught by the "Nurse Old Lady" who roams the hospital.

Then, using the many "keys" and records left in the hospital as clues, unravel the darkness of this place and the sad past of the "Nurse Old Lady".
