Bakkuo Ichidai Co. (Location: Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture; Representative Director: Kiminori Fukao) will open "Hida Beef Ichitoya Bakuro Ichiyo KITTE Osaka" at KITTE Osaka on June 5, 2025 (Thursday). This will be the first Kansai branch of the Bakuro Ichiyo Group.

The delicious taste of Hida beef at our first restaurant in the Kansai region

Bakuro Ichiyo KITTE Osaka will focus on Hida beef.

In response to the change of the times, where more and more people prefer lean meat instead of high quality marbled meat, we have pursued the original taste of Hida beef without focusing only on the sashi or grade of the beef. Female cattle, which cannot be fattened up to a large size and are difficult to fatten up, are rare, with only 1/3 of the total number of cattle shipped within the prefecture. The meat has a fine texture, a low melting point, and a deliciously light fat taste.

One Residence

The restaurant is designed to resemble a mansion, with a library and dining room that welcomes guests as they pass through the entrance. The natural materials used throughout give off a presence that only the real thing can have. In addition, art pieces curated to invite friends into the home stimulate the senses and leave a vivid memory of the store's image.
