Fuji Sash Co. (Headquarters: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President: Hiroyuki Ezaki) has launched the "Fuji Sash Construction Technician Training Project" to employ and train young sash construction technicians in order to maintain sustainable construction capabilities, as part of its recently announced "Medium-Term Management Plan" (FY25-27). Ltd. ("FSC") was established as a company dedicated to this project. S-C" is an abbreviation for "Specialty Construction.
This project aims to train sash installation technicians in about 4 years by effectively and efficiently implementing intensive training by existing technicians and on-the-job training at the installation company.
This project is not only a response to the shortage of skilled construction workers, but it will also lead to a reduction in labor costs for the sash installation companies, and will enable FSC employees to acquire skills while earning a salary.
