AH1 Executive Committee (Location: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture) will hold "ASIAN HIPHOP CONNECTION "AH1"", the largest scale hip-hop festival in Japan, on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at Aichi International Exhibition Hall (Aichi Sky Expo), a special outdoor stage, where popular artists from Japan and Asia will gather. The festival will be held at the Aichi International Exhibition Center (Aichi Sky Expo) on a special outdoor stage on August 31 (Sun.), 2025. We are pleased to announce the third artist to perform at the event.

Third batch of artists

About 30 artists are scheduled to perform, and we are pleased to announce the third batch of artists!

The first and second batch of artists include former BADHOP members such as YZERR and Tiji Jojo, popular artists such as MC TYSON, Tokyo Young Vision, Eric B.Jr, DADA and Watson, and legendary rapper Zeebra. B.Jr, DADA, and Watson, as well as legendary rapper Zeebra!

And for the third installment, popular hip-hop artists from Asian countries will perform!

The appearance of artists active in Asian countries is the very philosophy of "AH1".

Asia Highway 1 (AH1), one of the routes of the Asian Highway, which is planned to be a modern Silk Road crossing 32 Asian countries, starts from Tokyo, Japan, and goes through South Korea, North Korea, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, We imagined that our festival, "AH1", would be a beacon to connect hip-hop from Japan to the rest of Asia and to introduce Japanese hip-hop to the world, just like the "ASIAN HIGHWAY" that connects Asia beyond our own country. AH1" is the festival that we envisioned as a beacon to connect Japanese hip-hop to Asia and to the world.

The past two "AH1" festivals in 2023 and 2024 featured hip-hop artists from all over Asia, including Loopy (Korea), Suboi (Vietnam), THAITANIUM (Thailand), and Gando MJ116 (Taipei)!

SiK-K (Korea)

HAON (Korea)

A rapper who rose to prominence after winning the 2018 "High School Rapper 2," the overwhelmingly popular high school rap survival show in South Korea.

He won the Rookie of the Year award at the "Korea Hip Hop Awards 2019."

pH-1 (Korea)

Won the Korean Hip Hop Newcomer of the Year Award for his debut song "Wavy".

The rapper has collaborated with "indigo la End," a rock band led by Gesu no Kyokumi-Otto's member Emon Kawatani, and the Japanese 8-piece group ONE OR EIGHT.

Joe Flizzow(Malaysia)

Joe Flizzow is one of the most popular rappers in the Malaysian HIPHOP world.

1MILL is a rapper from the northeastern region of Thailand whose talent is recognized even in the United States, the home of hip-hop.

FIIXD(Thailand)

A popular rapper in the Thai hip-hop scene with his high skill and melodious flow.

KIDS DREAM PROJECT

The "KIDS DREAM PROJECT" is a vision to create the future for children by setting up a space in the "AH1" venue where children can experience the culture of street culture learning from the "real thing" for free.

≪What is KIDS DREAM PROJECT?

KIDS DREAM PROJECT (hereinafter referred to as "KDP") is a program in which actual artists and dancers teach children about street culture such as "dance," "DJ," "rap (singing)," "graffiti," "surfing," "BMX," and "skateboarding" in person.

In Japan today, it is difficult for children to have casual contact with music and healthy street culture, but at large outdoor festivals in Europe and the United States, children are the first priority, and the planning and venue setup is based on the idea that "children = the future. We, too, are planning KDP based on the idea that "children = the future," and are working to expand the possibilities of children and provide them with an opportunity to grasp their dreams. Eventually, we hope that through KDP, children will grow up to be artists who can stand on the main stage of festivals. We are convinced that these activities will raise the level of the scene, raise the level of Japan's future, and spread throughout Asia and the world.
