(Location: Chuo-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture), operator of the Kobe Nunobiki Herb Garden/Ropeway, a resort facility located on top of a mountain 400 meters above sea level and offering a panoramic view of the port city of Kobe, will open a beer terrace on the mountain (400 meters above sea level) from July 12 (Saturday) through August 31 (Sunday), 2025. Kobe Garden Terrace Bar" will be open from July 12 (Sat) to August 31 (Sun), 2013. Taking advantage of the best location to view the shimmering nightscape of Kobe, the plaza at the top of the mountain will be illuminated to create a fantastic space. In summer, Kobe Nunobiki Herb Garden will be open every day at night under the theme of "A summer you will surely never forget." Parasol tables and bar counters will provide a place to relax and stay in nature just outside of the city.

The specialty is the "Nunobiki Mojito" made with mint grown in the herb garden!

The "Nunobiki Mojito," a specialty of the Herb Garden in summer, is full of a refreshing cool feeling. It uses plenty of peppermint grown in the garden. Mint lemonade (also made with peppermint grown in the Herb Garden) is also available as a non-alcoholic drink. The outdoor space with a sense of openness amidst greenery and flowers will allow you to experience summer to the fullest.

There is nothing better than sipping a mojito while feeling the wind blowing through the forest. You will feel like you are at a resort as soon as you get off the ropeway!

The observation plaza is lined with many parasols, garden tables, and chairs. Picnic tables are set up under the eaves of the observation rest house, which is decorated in the motif of an old German castle.

The old castle (building) and space surrounding the Kobe Garden Terrace Bar are based on the motif of the old German castle "Wartburg Castle," and the menu includes the "Nunobiki Mojito," a summer-only drink unique to the herb garden, beers from authentic German breweries, and wines recommended by Rote Rose, a long-established wine house in Kitano, Kobe. The menu includes sparkling wine, white wine, red wine, dessert wine, and kinder wine (grape juice before it is made into wine). Please enjoy a pleasant time with the food that goes perfectly with the drinks.

(2) "Forest of Illuminations: Cathedral in the Forest 2025 Summer Version

The old castle (a rest house with a view based on the motif of Wartburg Castle in Germany), the castle gate, and the trees surrounding it, located 400 meters above sea level, are illuminated. The colors of the illumination will change with time, creating a fantastic space with original background music. The coloring of the illumination changes with time (approximately 15 minutes). The music (BGM) is an original arrangement based on classical music for this project.
