(Head Office: Kawasaki, Kanagawa; President: Daisuke Ogawa), which operates meat wholesale business for the restaurant industry including restaurants and yakiniku establishments, will participate in "FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL'25" (https://www.fujirockfestival.com/), Japan's largest outdoor festival, to be held from July 25 (Friday) to 27 (Sunday), 2025.

Ogawa Food & Service Co., Ltd. will set up their booth at YELLOW CLIFF under the name "Shinise Niku-Donnya OGAWA" (Established Meat Wholesaler OGAWA), selling "Shirahime Pork Loin Cutlet Sandwich" and "Ogawa's Beef Curry Bread," among other items.

"Shirahime Pork" is a brand pork selected exclusively from female pigs among those granted the "Takumi-buta" brand, carefully chosen by skilled craftsmen for meat firmness, color, and fat quality from pigs raised in the warm climate of Chiba Prefecture's Boso region. It features refined, delicate flavor and sweet, delicious fat. We will also sell the popular "Butcher's Croquette" from "Ogawa Chikusan Sohonten," the meat shop in Futaba, Shinagawa, which is the origin of the Ogawa Group, at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL. The "Butcher's Croquette" is a dish that simultaneously evokes nostalgia and quality, with fluffy potato texture, natural sweetness of onions with appropriate stickiness, and beef umami beautifully harmonized.
