Green & Smile (Representative: Maki Numano), a general incorporated association, will hold a small-group workshop on the theme of food therapy, "Introduction to Food Therapy 'Koji' to Heal Your Tired Summer Body," on Saturday, September 20, 2025, in Nihonbashi, Tokyo! Making Shio Koji" will be held in Nihonbashi, Tokyo.
This is a hands-on workshop on the theme of "shio koji," a fermented food, to coincide with the change of seasons, where participants will prepare shio koji by themselves and take it home. We will also introduce simple recipes using shio koji and herbal drinks, and provide a moment to prepare your mind and body through food.

With the growing interest in healthy life expectancy and wellbeing since the Corona disaster, we would like to continue to deliver ideas that make people think "health can be fun" in their daily lives.
