System Concierge Becomes First in Japan to Receive ISO 56001 (Innovation Management System) Certification

System Concierge Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku,  Tokyo; President: Takeo Iida) has become the first company in Japan to receive  the BSI Kitemark™ certification based on ISO 56001 (Innovation Management  System), an international standard for promoting innovation. The certification  was issued by BSI Group, a global standards organization and certification  body.

■Overview

System Concierge Co., Ltd. has become the  first company in Japan to receive certification for ISO 56001, the  international standard for innovation management systems. The certification was  issued by BSI Group under its prestigious BSI Kitemark™  scheme. On the same day, Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. also obtained the  certification; however, System Concierge is distinguished as the first IT  services company in the world to be certified with the BSI Kitemark™ for ISO 56001.

By utilizing the following three IT tools,  we successfully implemented and now operate ISO 56001 with minimal impact on  our daily business operations—even without assigning a  dedicated staff member to manage the system.
