About ELEMOs4 REBORN, which can be ridden without a license

ELEMOs4 REBORN was developed as a specified small four-wheeled vehicle that can be ridden without a license (for those 16 years and older), and was certified as Japan's first compliant model as a specified small four-wheeled vehicle after the introduction of new inspections including a motor output test newly implemented from February 2025. Combining safety and comfort, it can be used in a wide range of situations such as commuting and shopping.

Because it can be driven by those aged 16 or older without a driver's license, it is often chosen as a means of transportation for those who have lost their driver's license, and it is Japan's No. 1 seller of specified compact four-wheeled vehicles.
