The dinner BBQ features Nasu Kogen Kuroge Wagyu beef steak and Nasu Sangen Pork barbecued with local ingredients.

The main course, "Nasu Kogen Kuroge Wagyu Steak," is a Japanese black cattle breed raised carefully in the rich natural environment of Nasu Kogen and famous for its melt-in-your-mouth meat flavor characterized by its high quality fat content. We also use locally produced ingredients such as Nasu brand pork, which is tender, fine-textured, and has a strong flavor and sweetness. Fresh vegetables are also used, allowing you to enjoy the natural flavors of the ingredients.

For breakfast, we offer aromatic coffee ground from fresh beans, hot sandwiches prepared over a bonfire, and Nasu Kogen yogurt.
