Game Overview

While pursuing the mysterious disappearance of a friend, the protagonist enters a closed hospital ward where an "old nurse" is rumored to wander around at night. What he finds there, however, is a terrifying space that has become an unrealistic "otherworldly" world.

The player must run, sometimes hiding in a locker to avoid detection by the "Nurse Old Lady" who wanders around this deformed ward, while trying to discover the whereabouts of his friend and the truth hidden in this place. Relying on the numerous "keys" and "records" left behind in the hospital, liberate the sealed areas and advance the story.

And don't just fear the "Nurse Old Lady" who relentlessly pursues you; by observing her "strange behavior," you will gradually uncover her sad past and the dark secrets of this hospital ward. As you explore the hospital, you will find that "Nurse Old Lady" is scary in many different ways.

Sanae Kimijima is a "Nurse Old Lady" who wanders around a hospital ward that seems to be in between time periods. She mistakenly recognizes visitors to the ward as someone else because of her unique language and behavior, and she will chase after them. She is good at straight lines and gradually increases her speed. She is a maiden in love.
