AiMeet(R) 2.0 Service" is a next-generation exhibition platform that provides both exhibitors and visitors with an efficient and comfortable exhibition experience by digitally completing the entire process of exchanging business cards and distributing materials, while at the same time significantly reducing environmental impact.

The following results were achieved through the introduction of AiMeet.

Number of companies using the service: 340

Total number of scans: 220,000

Number of users: More than 40,000

Paper saved: 2.97 million pages (approx. 9.68 tons)

CO2 emissions reduced: 17 tons

This is a significant change in the way mature exhibitions are organized, and at the same time, a concrete step toward environmental conservation.

Reduction of 2.97 million pages of paper is equivalent to protecting approximately 1,200 mature trees.

Background and Past Initiatives

The "AiMeet(R) 2.0 Service" has already been utilized in more than 60 exhibitions and has achieved a paper reduction of 100 tons and a CO2 reduction of more than 180 tons. The introduction of the service to the five exhibitions, "Maintenance Resilience TOKYO 2025," "Extreme Heat-Resistance Exhibition," "Occupational Health and Safety Exhibition," "Noise and Vibration Prevention Exhibition," and "TECHNO x FRONTIER 2025," has further clarified the effectiveness of the service, and has contributed to a sustainable future through the reduction of environmental burdens in the exhibition industry. The exhibition industry's contribution to a sustainable future by reducing its environmental impact has been demonstrated in concrete figures.

What is the AiMeet(R) 2.0 service?

AiMeet(R)2.0 Service" is a service that digitally completes the exchange of business cards and distribution of materials at exhibitions. Visitors can instantly obtain exhibitor information and digital materials by simply scanning the 2D code on their visitor ID card. Exhibitors are provided with a mechanism to efficiently manage visitor information and utilize it for post-exhibition sales activities and follow-up, thereby realizing not only an "environmentally friendly" but also a "business-friendly" exhibition.
