Role of the Mie Wide-area DX Platform
Our core business is to promote a tour around the five towns in the Mimura area (Taki Town, Odaicho, Meiwa Town, Tokai Town, and Kihoku Town) in the region from the facility VISON. In this event, we are cooperating in menu development and PR activities to convey the appeal of local foodstuffs.
From the Mimura area, the event plans to offer sweets utilizing dried persimmon paste from Taki Town, zendama tauri (eggs) from Kihoku Town, and blueberries from Tokai Town. The spice-scented dough will be kneaded with plenty of blueberries and nuts, and the moist baked cake will be developed as a "spice cake" with dried persimmon sauce and blueberries, bringing the appeal of the Mimura area's unique ingredients to consumers in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
