The Podcast Art Event Jakegiki Executive Committee has decided to hold the second edition of "Jakegiki," an art event to exhibit cover art of podcast programs, from November 28 (Friday) to December 2 (Tuesday), 2025, at Tokyu Plaza Harajuku "Harakado".

Background

This event is the only attempt in Japan to expand awareness of podcasts, which are still not well known, and aims to convey the appeal of podcasts to people who have never listened to them from a "visual" perspective. and provide an opportunity to discover new podcasts.

Crowdfunding reached its goal within 4 days of the start of the event!

We have raised 2 million yen in just 4 days after launching the project on CAMPFIRE to cover the costs of the venue and set-up. The event is scheduled to expand in scale from the previous event in 2023.

The key points of this year's event are as follows

The event will be held at the Tokyu Plaza Harajuku "Harakado" located at the Jingumae intersection where Omotesando and Meiji Dori cross!

The 3rd floor of Harakado, which is attracting attention as a center of youth culture, will be hijacked to bring the appeal of podcasts to a wider audience.

Plans to exhibit cover art from a total of over 150 podcast programs

The scale of the event will be further expanded from the previous one, with cover art from a total of over 150 unique podcast programs to be exhibited. (As of 8/19/2025, more than 120 programs are already scheduled to participate.)

The small podcast cover art will be expanded to record size and displayed as works of art.
