Future efforts as an educational institution for Indonesian human resources who want to work in Japan
ROY Corporation and the Ministry of Migrant Workers Protection will collaborate to establish new educational standards in the field of construction. Based on this standard, we will develop an educational program that incorporates Japanese construction standards and health and safety management, while taking into account Indonesian safety standards, and with the cooperation of the Indonesia Research Institute Corporation, we will promote an educational program that will enable students to obtain qualifications that will facilitate their employment in the construction industry in Japan.
This educational program will include content directly related to practical work, such as the acquisition of technical terms required by Japanese construction companies, the basics of safety and health management, and safety management during site work such as scaffolding and formwork. This is expected to open up concrete pathways for Indonesian youth to work in the Japanese construction industry, and for Japanese companies to expand their options for securing international human resources.
