Coppice Kichijoji 15th Anniversary Held from October 1 (Wed.) to October 31 (Fri.) to express our gratitude for 15 years!

Coppice Kichijoji (located in Musashino-shi, Tokyo) will celebrate its 15th anniversary on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.

To express our gratitude, we will hold various campaigns and events in October as our anniversary month.

In addition, on October 18 (Sat.), a one-day anniversary event will be held at the GREENING Plaza on the 3rd floor of Building A. In addition to the sale of limited edition 15th anniversary products, outlet products not normally sold at the stores, and workshops, a stage will be set up for a very popular character and workshops, as well as a stage greeting show featuring popular characters. This is an event with a special atmosphere.

We have prepared many other contents for our customers to enjoy and show our appreciation during the month of October.

The concept of the facility is "Let's GREENING. The event is designed to provide local children with an opportunity to observe the process of plant growth up close, and to experience time spent in contact with nature in a small way every day. Coppice Kichijoji will hold a special exhibition in collaboration with Weekly Kichijoji, a free newspaper distributed in Kichijoji for the past 50 years.

Please enjoy an exhibition of photos from the Weekly Kichijoji archives that show Kichijoji as it was 15 years ago and as it is today, as well as feature articles on the grand opening of Coppis Kichijoji, while reminiscing about Kichijoji as it used to be.

This is an exhibition of carefully selected photos that give a sense of Kichijoji's 15-year transition, as well as back issues of the weekly Kichijoji magazine.

Visitors can feel the transition of Kichijoji through photos of nostalgic cityscapes, including the current scenery around Coppice Kichijoji.

Kichijoji Karuta Tournament Commemorating the 15th anniversary of Coppice Kichijoji and its appearance in Kichijoji Karuta

A karuta tournament using Kichijoji karuta will be held to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Coppice Kichijoji and the addition of reading cards for Coppice Kichijoji to Kichijoji karuta, a local karuta of Kichijoji that won a Good Design Award in 2021 and for which all reading cards were created by soliciting cards from SNS.
