The main patisserie "cake&cafe collet" in Sapporo will launch a new lineup of products using plenty of Hokkaido ingredients on Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
The lineup is perfect for everyday snacks as well as souvenirs and gifts. The attractive new products have been commissioned to be produced by the food consulting group "hanninmae" this time.

(1) Baked Rare Doughnuts 320 yen
Soft and fluffy on the outside, moist and rich on the inside. Luxurious baked doughnuts reminiscent of traditional French pastries. Hokkaido wheat, Hidaka cream, and organic raisins are used, and Guerande salt and Japanese millet sugar are used to bring out the deep sweetness. A new "rare texture" doughnut unique to patisseries.
(2)Patisserie Oven-Dried Cream Bread
The dough is made from Hokkaido's "Kita-no-Kaori" and fermented and aged for 18 hours. The moist and aromatic dough is filled with homemade custard, which is cooked daily. This is a luxurious cream bun with a lovely appearance that only a patisserie can provide.
Three flavors are available: "Salted Cream," "Chocolat," and "Pistachio.
Salted Cream (350 yen)
The salt from Guerande and vanilla give this bread a refreshing and deep flavor.
Chocolat (380 yen)
Rich cream with smooth chocolate ganache. It is topped with a salty sable chocolate topping.
Pistachio (410 yen)
Rare pistachio paste from Bronte, Sicily, harvested only once every two years, is used. Nutty and luxurious aroma spreads.
(3)Fresh Cream Scone
The soft texture of the scone is "crispy, soft, and moist".
The rich taste of this new texture scone is based on Hokkaido butter and fresh cream, and finished with Hokkaido corn flour. Three types are available: Bourbon Vanilla, Triple Chocolat, and Miyako Kabocha (limited time only).
Bourbon Vanilla (320 yen)
The sweet aroma of Bourbon vanilla spreads with every bite. The deep richness of Hokkaido butter and cream is layered with the fragrant vanilla to create a mellow scone.
Triple Chocolat (340 yen)
Organic cacao chocolate from KAOKA of France is used. The rich chocolate dough is combined with milk and caramel chocolate to create a rich, aromatic, and deep flavor.
Miyako Pumpkin (limited time only): 340 yen
Miyako kabocha, a specialty of Sapporo Teine, is used. The moist, rich, naturally sweet dough is topped with gently fragrant cinnamon sugar. The soft aroma enhances the flavor of the ingredients.
